From custom cakes and cookies to eclairs, tarts, and baklava, we commit to finding the perfect pairing for any occasion. With a commitment to quality and unwavering love for the craft, we create an array of delights that are as delicious as they are beautiful.

We specialize in creating custom and unique delicacies that reflect your personality, event, or desire. Our gallery reflects a small fraction of our custom creations created for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and lots of other special celebrations.

We believe that part of the love that goes into each pastry also includes the intention to make the world a little bit better. Through Dolcemente, we aim to have a positive impact in our community. While the delights of a sweet treat are unmatched, there is nothing sweeter than helping those less fortunate than we are. We donated a portion of every sale to United2Heal, a non-profit organization that collects, sorts, and donates unused medical supplies to communities in need around the world. In addition we support children in need wherever the need. We are active supporters of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) as well as the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), whose mission is to “provide medical and humanitarian relief collectively and individually to children throughout the Levant, regardless of their nationality or religion.”
