how do we determine our prices?

  • Competitive. We always strive to be competitive in our pricing. We may not be the cheapest, but we always strive to be the best value custom bakery you will find.

  • Quality. Everything we produce is made from scratch using the finest ingredients. We utilize organic products whenever available.

  • Community. We donate a portion of our profit from every sale. As a customer of Dolcemente, you should feel good knowing that you have contributed in a small way to the betterment of those less fortunate.

our policies

  • A portion of all sales are donated to our favorite charities.

  • Orders must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. We will confirm order timing after receipt of online order with payment.

  • Orders are to be picked up at our facility. We aim to package your goodies in a secure package for transport, however, some of our goodies can be somewhat fragile so care must be taken in transportation. If something happens once it is in your care, please reach out!!! We will do our best to help resolve any issue.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of an order at least two weeks in advance will result in a refund minus the deposit. To change the date of an order, we must be notified at least two weeks before the delivery date. Credit for that order will be put towards the new mutually agreed upon date.

  • Delivery is available on a case-by-case basis at a standard rate delivery rate of $2 per mile. All multi-tier cakes require delivery.

  • If you have a specific food-based allergy, please let us know during the order process so we can do our very best to ensure the kitchen is free of your allergen. Note that we have not and never will claim to be free of cross contact or contamination of any allergen.
